If a client needs you to contact Xero Support to have superannuation contributions re-activated/reprocessed for an employee (for example, if the employees super fund details were wrong and the money was returned), Xero Support need the following information.
Xero Support pass the information onto their Technical Team who release the relevant contribution lines from the processed batch. This process can take up to ten days.
You will also need to invite Xero Support into the file.
- The name of the organization
- Date the batch was created
- Date the batch was processed
- The amount of the entire batch
- Employee name
- Employee contribution
- USI of returning fund
